Our process

Requirements, investigation, and system analysis

Our requirement phase is an investigation of your organisation data needs. We will run a data systems stock take and interview stakeholders at all organisation levels, from the CEO to the front line staff.

Detailed data strategy plan

Once we understand your data systems and needs, we will put forward a data strategy plan for your organisation. The integration strategy plan will form a blueprint for the organisation data systems into the future. The strategy involves existing systems and the introduction of API’s or other building blocks. Our aim is creating a modern organisation data structure that will serve you for years to come.

Phased implementation

Data strategy implementation ranges from months to years. It all depends on organisation structure, size and technological debt. Our approach fits implementation deliverable to priorities and budget. Each implementation phased is delivered and deployed as a functional component. Which means stakeholders don’t have to wait for the end of the project to rip the rewards be if efficiencies or data visibility

Implementation plans start with security and legacy (urgent), progress to “lines of business“ and finish with overall monitoring and reporting.

Project wrap

Out project wrap document concludes the data implementation plan. It includes all required components for handover to an internal team and maintenance plan proposal.

About Us

Hera Data (formally Hera Solutions) is a software consultancy firm based in Melbourne Australia. Monash University graduates have founded the company in early 2002 to deliver cloud and server-based projects.

Over the years we delivered marketing web promotions to a range of local and international clients, integration systems and secure client portals.

In recent years the company delivered bespoke integration systems to the financial services sector.
